Head of Operational Concepts, Training & Coaching (Hybrid, Global Travel)

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a dynamic Head of Operational Concepts, Training and Coaching to lead the CTC team and operationalise the MDA system for customers. The role requires steering long-term, multinational projects with travel up to 40% to support projects worldwide.

The position is based from the Bristol office with hybrid working (3 days in office in the UK). You will lead the development of training content and customer success initiatives to maximise operational capability.
