Pion is seeking a CRM Manager to own and optimise lifecycle journeys from onboarding through engagement and re‑activation. You will plan and execute commercial and engagement campaigns, working with content and calendar planning across teams to maximise ROl and retention.
You will rely on your expertise with ESPs like Iterable, Braze, SFMC or Klaviyo, using data to iterate on segmentation, triggers and automation while advocating tests to improve results and drive growth.
