Luxury Vehicle Aftersales Bookings Specialist

Mercedes-Benz of Colindale, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a proactive Bookings Advisor to manage vehicle service and repair appointments. You will deliver excellent customer service and coordinate between customers, service advisors and workshop teams to ensure a smooth aftersales experience.
