Engage Education is seeking a Positive Behaviour Assistant for an all-through school in Hastings. You will support pupils with SEMH across primary and secondary phases, applying calm, proactive behaviours and de-escalation techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
The role is full-time and long-term, with training provided and potential to become permanent. Ideal candidates have experience with challenging behaviour and a resilient, nurturing approach.
