Band 6 Mental Health Social Worker – Bank, Flexible Hours

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is seeking a Band 6 Social Worker/CPN for a bank contract in Watford. You will deliver social care assessments, care planning and coordination within the Community Adult Mental Health Team.
