The IPS Employment Specialist role at Get Set UK supports people with serious mental illness to find and sustain competitive paid employment, in partnership with NHS clinical teams across Essex.

You will manage a caseload, conduct vocational profiles, and guide individuals through applications, interviews and workplace adjustments, while building relationships with employers and providing post-start support. Daily travel across the district is required.
