The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaginggroup and one-to-one activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities,working closely with the Wellbeing Lead.
- Arrange entertainment,events, and seasonal celebrations within the set budget.
- Organise in-house andcommunity events such as Christmas fairs, summer parties, and themed days.
- Maintain appropriaterecords and documentation for all activities.
- Build positiverelationships with residents, families, and the wider care team.
- Promote inclusion,wellbeing, and enjoyment for all residents.
