Resident Activities Lead (32hrs) – Elder Care & Community Impact

Greensleeves Care is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to identify resident activity needs, liaise with residents and staff, and plan engaging programmes across our 26 care homes in England. The role supports a 24-hour care environment and requires coordinating activities with the Activities Assistant and Registered Manager.
