Job Description:
Look Ahead Care and Support is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join Social Care Services in Tower Hamlets and other locations. The role offers £15 per hour for ad-hoc shifts across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Homelessness and Young People, with a strong focus on developing life skills and promoting independence.
You will support customers with daily living tasks, risk management, and community engagement while following Look Ahead policies and safeguarding commitments.
