HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Immunisation Nurse to join the immunisation team across Children and Family Health Surrey. The post is 15 hours per week, term time only, based at Walton Health Centre, with responsibilities across school and community immunisation programmes.
You will administer vaccines, maintain cold chain, support families, mentor junior staff, and contribute to audits and policy development while upholding safeguarding standards.
