Theatre Lead Practitioner – Obstetric/Scrub

Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool is recruiting an experienced theatre team leader to work across obstetric scrub and anaesthetic settings. You will act as lead practitioner, mentor staff and drive service development while maintaining patient safety and high clinical standards.

Key duties include leading theatre teams, managing rosters and on-call duties, developing protocols and SOPs, and supporting continuous professional development within a busy NHS environment.
