Senior Housekeeping Manager – Operations Lead

HotelCare is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the hotel’s housekeeping team across multiple floors, ensuring top standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.

You will work with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and hotel managers to optimise operations, manage budgets, recruit and mentor staff, and maintain COSHH and health and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in senior housekeeping, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to delivering service level agreements.
