MICE Sales Manager: Meetings, Revenue & Growth

Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel, part of the Arora Group, seeks a Meetings & Events Sales Manager to drive revenue, maximise conversion, and protect yield across the portfolio. You will lead reactive sales, manage enquiries, and support forecasting and reporting to secure the right business mix.

Ideal candidates will have strong presentation and negotiation skills, excellent English communication, and knowledge of Delphi/Salesforce. Prior hotel MICE experience is advantageous.
