Service Manager — Person-Centered Care Leadership

Praxis Care in Lisburn is seeking a Registered Manager to lead the St Paul’s Court service. Reporting to Head of Operations, you will ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and person-centered support while upholding Praxis Care values.

You will manage referrals, admissions, budgets, staff supervision, health and safety, and community engagement, working with statutory agencies and families to promote independence and safe, dignified care.
