Hybrid Customer Services Data Science Engineer

Bupa is looking for a Data Science and Analytics Engineer to lead production of insights and deploy ML/AI models for the Customer Service operation. You will design and deliver data, visualisations and analytics to enable business transformation, guiding colleagues and influencing strategic decisions.

You will work with SQL, Python, DAX and Power BI, collaborating across teams, coaching peers, and driving continuous improvement in a hybrid setup with two office days per week.
