On-Site HR Partner for Industrial Teams (UK)

Power Minerals Limited in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Goole operations and the Drax Power Station site. You’ll be the first contact for ~50 employees, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination with our external provider and employee relations.

You’ll work with the Group HR team on UK policies, ensure compliant HR processes, and travel between Goole and Drax as needed. Fluency in English and practical HR expertise are essential.
