Job Description:
Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join the Herts Valleys Integrated Diabetes Service in South and West Hertfordshire. The role includes clinics (face to face or telephone) and group education sessions, with a hybrid working pattern and pro rata salary based on 18.75 hours per week.
In addition to the base salary, there is a 5% High Cost Area Supplement and a set supplement of £2,122 per annum (pro rata).
