Community Reablement OT (B6): Drive Independence

JustOT is recruiting a Locum B6 Community Reablement Occupational Therapist to join a service in Norfolk. The role involves assessing patients, prescribing care packages and supporting those with long-term conditions, frailty, and rehabilitation needs.

You will promote independence, support early discharge, work within an MDT to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, and liaise with health professionals and agencies to provide coordinated care.
