Team Leader – Static site

Job Description

We have an opportunity for a team leader / head gardener role at a static site in North London.

We are looking for:

n

n
• Minimum 5 years experience 

n

• Qualification Level 2 and ideally 3

n

• Good horticultural maintenance skill set

n

• Good communication 

n

• Ability to manage a team of 3-4 staff daily

n

• Static site

n

• PA1 & PA6

n

n

This role is immediate start with a 6 month probation. 

n

n
• Static site (low travel)

n

• £30-35k per annum depending on experience 

n

• Further opportunities to develop 

n

• 28 days leave including stat bank holidays
