About the Role As a Casual Driver, you will: Operate curtain-side or flatbed trailers to safely collect and deliver customer products, ensuring all journeys are completed to a high standard.

Ensure all goods are loaded, secured and protected using appropriate equipment such as straps, nets and other load-securing devices.
n
Operate palletised handling equipment as and when required.
n
Flexibility to cover other areas of the business.
n
This includes work on tankers where you need to safely collect and deliver bulk liquid products to customers.
n
Provide outstanding customer service, engaging professionally with clients both in person and over the phone to represent the company positively.
n
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the transport team, offering real-time updates to support smooth operations and manage customer expectations.
n
Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with operational procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices.
n
Essential Skills and Qualifications Must hold a UK Class 1 (CE) Licence.

Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
n
