CRM Lead: Multi-Brand Growth & Automation

The Growth Foundation is seeking a CRM leader to design and implement a scalable CRM operating model across a portfolio of consumer brands. You will drive data-driven segmentation, automation and channel optimization with a strong emphasis on customer value.

In this hands-on role, you will own the CRM platform, collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams, and deliver visible impact on retention, conversion and lifetime value across multiple brands in a hybrid Telford setup.
