Job Description:
Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of Sizewell C accounts from award to final account. You will administer NEC3/4 contracts across multiple work packages and manage CVRs, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow performance.
You will lead valuations and payments, prepare compensation events and variations, and provide contractual advice to project teams.
