Growth‑Oriented 1st–2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Peaple Talent are partnering with an established technology business to recruit a 1st–2nd Line IT Support Engineer. You will join a close-knit technical team, supporting a range of business customers and gaining exposure to a broad mix of Microsoft, networking, cloud and security technologies.

Take ownership of incoming support requests, troubleshoot a range of issues across the service desk, and assist with onboarding, deployments and documentation to drive service improvements.
