AI Fluency & Capability Lead for Learning Programs

Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an experienced learning and development leader to own the AI fluency curriculum and certification pathway across stores, depots and support centres.

You will design and curate high-quality AI learning content, blending company material with external content, and embed safe, responsible AI use through governance. You’ll partner with People, Learning & Development, Technology and the AI CoE to scale capability across the business.
