IT Service Operations Lead — On‑Site (TVSP)

The National History Museum is seeking an IT Service Operations leader to act as the senior on-site TS operational lead for the Thames Valley Science Park site in Reading. You will coordinate IT/AV service delivery, incidents, changes and readiness, ensuring alignment with TS governance and standards.

You will also collaborate with colleagues across Museum sites, regularly travel to South Kensington, and mentor technical staff while maintaining robust supplier relationships and documentation.
