Associate Director, Workplace Change & Adoption Strategy

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Change Manager in London to lead end-to-end change projects that embed new ways of working.

The role requires on-site presence two to three days per week and close collaboration with HR, CRE, IT and COMMS functions to deliver holistic workplace transformation. You will build stakeholder buy-in, design engaging change programs, and support leadership coaching to embed cultural shifts.
