Lead Metagame Designer — Live Ops for FPS Mobile

NaturalMotion in London is seeking a talented Meta Designer to shape metagame, live, and progression features for a first-person shooter mobile title. You will own features from conception through live, coordinating with design, art, UX, engineering, and product management to ensure an engaging and sustainable experience.

You’ll join a team that values craft, experimentation, and a love of action games, with a hybrid setup (2 days in our London office and the rest from home).
