Estates & Maintenance Coordinator Role

We’re working with a growing Single Family Housing (SFH) operator to recruit an Estates & Maintenance Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in property, housing, facilities or maintenance operations who enjoys taking ownership and making commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and manage maintenance requests across a portfolio of rental homes
• Assess and approve contractor quotations and scopes of work
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Monitor maintenance spend and contractor performance
• Support an excellent resident experience across the portfolio

About you:

• Experience in property, housing, facilities or maintenance
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a keen eye for detail
• Confident liaising with contractors and stakeholders
