Operational Delivery Manager – Traffic Signals & ITS

SWARCO UK & Ireland Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Exeter Depot, responsible for delivering maintenance across traffic signals, signs and ITS portfolio.

You will lead engineers, balance people, safety, and commercial performance, ensure contractual service levels, manage budgets, and build strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvements. This is a hands-on role requiring proactive coordination of resources and travel across the regional area.
