Multi-Site Training Ground Operations Lead

Chelsea Football Club is seeking an exceptional Training Ground Operations Manager to lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across Cobham and Kingsmeadow, ensuring football activities, events and business operations run seamlessly.

You will work closely with the Men’s, Women’s and Academy programmes and act as the central operational contact, coordinating resources, calendars and site services to enable elite performance.
