Defence Commercial Manager | SC Cleared | Bid & Contract

Energy Jobline ZR in Portsmouth is seeking a Commercial Manager for a 6-month contract. You will provide commercial support to complex bids, manage contracts up to hundreds of millions, and lead negotiations on diverse agreements.

You must have active SC clearance and experience with MOD/Government contracts, plus strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across projects, finance, engineering and sales.
