300 North Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager for its growing Hard FM division in Harrow. The role offers a clear development path to Director level and a package including a salary of £60,000-£65,000, a £7,390 car allowance and performance bonus.

You will manage multiple Hard FM contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and profitable delivery while leading engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site and remotely as needed.
