Senior Portfolio Project Manager (BPO) – Hybrid

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a broader project portfolio. The role requires extensive experience in a BPO environment and PRINCE2 accreditation, with a focus on reporting to C-suite audiences.

The postholder will guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle, shape project strategy, and build strong stakeholder relationships across Glasgow, Gateshead, and Manchester in a hybrid setup.
