Senior Machine Shop Lead – CNC, Lean & Quality

Paralloy Group is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Manager to join the Firth Vickers Drilling team in Sheffield. You will oversee CNC and conventional machinists, programmers and support staff, driving productivity and on-time deliveries.

In this senior role you will enforce ISO 9001 quality standards, lead continuous improvement, manage workloads, and coordinate with the General Manager to achieve production targets. Strong ERP/MRPskills and leadership are essential.
