Senior Bid Manager – Tender Strategy & Growth

Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender submissions for PfP Students. You will coordinate with the Head of Business Development and key stakeholders to produce high-quality bids that support growth, ensuring alignment with client briefs, branding and standards.

You’ll manage multiple bids, identify opportunities via portals and market insight, mentor temporary bid writers, and shape future bidding strategy through continuous improvement.
