Job Description:
National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead the roadside technology services that support a safe and reliable motorway network. You will own operational performance for Speed Enforcement technologies and drive continuous service improvement.
The role is hybrid with two days per week in the office and can be based at any National Highways office location across the UK, with some travel. Strong ITIL-based governance and senior stakeholder influence are essential.
