Aureos IDEC is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our UK-wide division, based at our Blantyre office. The role supports all aspects of the Health & Wellbeing programmes and aligns to the HSQEW strategy, with regular travel for site visits.
You will deliver Thrive health & wellbeing checks and PSA tests, promote HWB initiatives, support workshops, toolbox talks, and maintain the HWB communications and KPI delivery.
