Senior Project Closeout Manager – Major Highway Programs

National Highways is seeking a Project Manager to join the Significant Projects team within Major Projects. You will plan and manage delivery, lead project teams, and oversee external contractors to ensure governance, safety, quality and timely handover of complex schemes.

Based in the UK with occasional travel to Birmingham and Manchester for monthly meetings, you will define roles, manage risks, capture lessons learned, and drive post-project evaluation while maintaining long-term commitments
