Consents & Land Rights Lead – Energy Infrastructure

Clancy is seeking a Consents Manager to secure land rights and consents for energy and infrastructure projects across the UK, with a focus on Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and consents management.

You will lead on securing land and property consents, coordinate with landowners, authorities and contractors, and ensure compliance with the Electricity Act and planning regulations. A UK driving licence is essential for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
