Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Leader (EMEA)

Enaex is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow EMEA customer relationships in a remote UK-based role. You will build strategic partnerships with utilities, regulators and energy firms, drive renewals and account expansion, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Travel across EMEA is required. Responsibilities include onboarding, product adoption, performance reporting and collaboration with Product teams to shape roadmap priorities.
