Job Description:
Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their Southern region on major rail and infrastructure frameworks. You will manage subcontract accounts, prepare financial reports, and help keep projects profitable through cost control.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial staff, producing forecasts, analysing quotations and valuations, and supporting monthly financial reviews. A UK driving licence is essential.
