We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Town Planning Director to join thier team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward, leveraging their expertise to manage and grow our portfolio of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact within a thriving company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a diverse range of town planning applications, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Lead and develop our town planning team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide strategic input into the company’s growth and development plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or masters in Town Planning
- MRTPI chartered status
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the planning process and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
