Senior Service Introduction Lead – Operational Readiness

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Introduction Manager to lead the Service Introduction function within the Digital Directorate. You will drive governance, assurance and the transition of new and changed services into live operation.

You will manage skilled Service Introduction Managers and Leads, align with ITIL practices, oversee Service Design, Transition, AiS and EOS, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver reliable, safe digital services across programmes and portfolios.
