Senior Model Validation & Risk Analyst

Leeds Building Society is seeking a Senior Model Validation Analyst to join its Prudential & Enterprise Risk team. You will own validation reviews end-to-end, apply independent testing and challenger analyses, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders to ensure models are fit for purpose.

You will work across credit and non-credit models, with hybrid working and opportunities to influence risk governance and methodology across IRB, IFRS 9, capital, liquidity and pricing areas.
