Senior Contract Manager – Soft FM (Multi-Site)

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site soft FM contract delivering cleaning, bulk waste collection and grounds maintenance services across housing, education and public sector sites.

You will lead onsite teams, manage budgets, drive service quality, ensure health and safety compliance and report on performance to clients and stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement focus.
