We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled
Registered Children’s Nurse (RCN)
to join our specialist complex care team, supporting a young client within their family home in Oxfordshire.
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a one-to-one setting, helping to promote independence, wellbeing, and the best possible quality of life.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of a dedicated care team, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe and effective nursing care tailored to the child’s individual needsAdministering medication in accordance with care plans and professional guidelinesAssisting with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect at all timesSupporting a range of clinical procedures and interventions as requiredWorking collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding care deliveryWhat We’re Looking For
