Manufacturing Operations Manager – Lean & Growth Leader

QK-TEX, the UK pioneer of lightweight honeycomb panels, is seeking an Operations Manager to take its Brigg site into its next phase of growth. You will report to the MD and be accountable for the whole manufacturing operation.

You will lead a 55-strong production team across two shifts, drive lean initiatives and collaborate with the TEX Group board on performance metrics, while delivering 95% OTIF and continuous improvement. The role offers a base of £60,000–£65,000 plus car allowance.
