I’m partnering with a leading UK financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Organisation Design Manager.
This is a high-profile role sitting at the heart of a major transformation agenda, with responsibility for shaping future operating models, organisational structures and ways of working across a complex enterprise environment.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to help design organisations that are fit for the future, improving how teams operate, collaborate and deliver outcomes.
We’re keen to speak with individuals who have experience in:

- Operating Model Transformation
- Organisation Effectiveness
- Workforce Transformation
- Enterprise Change
Backgrounds from consulting, financial services or other large-scale transformation environments would be particularly relevant.
