Energy & Infrastructure Associate: Private M&A & Renewables

Duke and Rawson, in partnership with a US firm, is recruiting in London for an Associate level role in its Energy & Infrastructure team. The hire will support private M&A activity and commercial projects across energy, renewables and infrastructure.

There is flexibility in background; ideal candidates will have 3+ PQE in corporate energy with M&A experience including shareholders agreements and joint ventures, and will be trained and qualified at an international firm in London.
