Talent Acquisition Lead — Employer Brand & Onboarding

Retail Insights is seeking a Head of Talent to own and shape all recruitment activities from profiling to interviewing. You will build an employer brand to attract top talent and partner with the CEO on recruiting strategy, working from our London HQ.

You will have the autonomy to implement automated recruiting processes, enhance onboarding, and drive visible growth by identifying and engaging both obvious and covert talent across the business.
